Right of Withdrawal

If you are a consumer located in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period expires 14 days from the day on which you, or a third party other than the carrier indicated by you, takes physical possession of the last item in your order.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision by submitting a return request through your account, or by contacting us at hello@workfromhomeireland.ie. You may use the standard withdrawal form, but it is not obligatory.

If you withdraw, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including delivery costs (except for supplementary costs arising from your choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery we offer). We will make the reimbursement without undue delay, and no later than 14 days after we receive the returned goods.

You are responsible for the direct cost of returning the goods.

For defective or incorrect items, please contact us at hello@workfromhomeireland.ie and we will arrange a resolution at no cost to you.

Exceptions: The right of withdrawal does not apply to goods made to your specifications, clearly personalised goods, or sealed goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons and were unsealed after delivery.
