Shipping & Delivery Policy

Welcome to Work From Home Ireland (workfromhomeireland.ie). We are an Irish-owned business dedicated to helping remote and hybrid professionals build their perfect, productive workspace.

To offer the most competitive pricing, high-end ergonomics and curated space-saving designs, we partner directly with specialised manufacturing and warehouse fulfilment hubs located across the European Union (EU).

1. Delivery Timelines

Because your items are dispatched directly from our partner hubs to keep overhead costs low, our shipping timelines are as follows:

• Order Processing Time: All orders are processed, quality-checked and safely packed within 1–3 business days.
• Standard Estimated Delivery: Once dispatched, parcels typically arrive at Irish addresses within 7–14 business days.

Please note: Shipping timelines are estimates. Deliveries to remote rural addresses or during peak seasonal periods (such as November and December) may experience minor delays.

2. Where We Deliver and Customs

We deliver to Ireland and the European Union. We do not currently ship to the United Kingdom.

All of our items are dispatched from fulfilment hubs within the EU, so orders move within the EU single market with no customs charges or import duties. The price you see at checkout is the final price you pay.

3. Order Tracking

Every order placed on our store includes a door-to-door tracking number at no extra cost.

As soon as your package leaves our partner facility, a tracking link will be automatically emailed to you, so you can follow your order all the way to your front door.

4. Multiple Item Orders

To get your items to you as quickly as possible, products ordered together may occasionally be dispatched from different partner warehouses. If this applies to your order, you will receive separate tracking numbers for each parcel at no additional cost.
